Sleepawake Immersive is a relational group retreat to explore and update a wide range of emotional and relational territories (practicing boundaries, meeting grief in community, & more) through facilitated, activity-based exercises with peers. By practicing new emotional moves with real people, we can close the gap between what we understand about ourselves and how we actually show up — and open into new possibilities for our relationships, careers, and lives.
We have hosted this group before on our grounds, and will be hosting full weeklong retreats this May and July. |
